Tracking questions

Where can I find my tracking number?+

Your tracking number may be found in your ALiN Move booking receipt, SMS notification, app history, or ALiN branch transaction record.

Why is my package not moving on the map?+

Live map movement may only appear after a rider is assigned and GPS tracking is active. Some cargo or branch updates may show as status updates instead of live map movement.

What does "Searching for Rider" mean?+

Your delivery request is being broadcast to available riders. Once a rider accepts, the assigned rider details and next status will appear.

What does "In Transit" mean?+

Your package has been picked up and is currently moving toward the destination or next ALiN branch.

What happens after "Delivered"?+

The delivery record may show proof of delivery, receipt details, timestamp, and completion status.

What if my delivery failed?+

The rider or branch may log the issue. You can contact support or wait for the next update depending on the delivery status.
